Soft skills have been a keystone of my instructional design process for years. Building soft skills into the learning experiences adds an element of vibrancy to the experience, itself. I highlight the term Power Skills because these skills empower learners beyond the learning experience; throughout life.
Below is a collection of learning experiences that I have built-into specific courses or programs to enhance the overall learning experience. The enhancements not only engage and reinforce the skills, themselves, they also ensure a more meaningful and effective learning experience.
